What is the return moment?
A training time of 4 hours, consisting of a group discussion about attitude on the road and practical exercises in an enclosed area. This course is mandatory to follow 6 to 9 months after you have obtained the driving license. At the end you will receive a certificate with which you can prove that you have followed the course.
For whom?
For everyone who lives in Flanders and obtains his driving license after 1 October 2017.
Is it mandatory?
You are obliged to attend the return moment. If you fail on the test, however, you can not lose your driving license. If you can not present this certificate, you risk a fine of up to 4000 euros.
What's the price ?
The price for this course is 100 euros. The Flemish government adjusts 20 euros.
